Orders

All orders use fresh flowers transported over from Holland (unless stated) to ensure that they will last as long as possible. With each order, I provide a care card to inform you on the best way to care for your order and make the most of the flowers.

Delivery

If a delivery time is prefered please state so we can do our best to guarantee delivery. If there is no one at the address when we deliver, there will be a note left to notify that it had either been delivered to a neighbour or that the delivery will be rescheduled.

Cancellation

If I am unable to complete your order, I will try my best to inform you as soon as possible.

Refunds

If there is an issue with your order, you must inform us within the first 48 hours of receiving your flowers. Please make sure to read the care card that is provided with your flowers to ensure that you have the right care. You must prove me with pictures of your issues and will either replace your order or refund your money depending on the problem.
